Nine years designing
I'm a Product Designer currently at BigChange, shaping field-service software for mobile workforces across the UK and Europe.
Before BigChange I spent three years at River Island designing e-commerce experiences on iOS, Android and web. I've worked at a mix of companies over the years and worked with some amazing people which has given me a really good toolkit of ideas and solutions that I can use anywhere.
I gravitate towards real human problems where the results have a clear impact as I feel this is more rewarding.
Outside of work
I love playing sports and also watching. I'm a Spurs fan so at the minute, I'm definitely not enjoying :( I also love to travel, read books and watch far too many films!

BigChange
Shaping field-service software used by mobile workforces across the UK and Europe. Designing across native and web to improve how engineers, schedulers and back-office teams move through their day. Exploring the use of Claude and AI coding here, I'm even pushing PRs within the codebase (exciting times).
SaaS - 2022 — 2025UX Designer
River Island
Using Figma I designed e-commerce experiences including a new cart/native checkout flow on iOS and Android to lift conversion rates. Redesigned a new seamless discount redemption experience to cut contact-centre requests and allow users to easily access and apply discounts within River Island.
Ecommerce - 2021 — 2022UX Designer
Cera Care
Designed a mobile app, using Figma and a lot of research, for carers to use on the go to better monitor the health of elderly patients with the overall KPI of keeping them out of hospital. Worked on some big problems here with research and testing being the key to unlocking the UX team's use within the business.
Healthcare - 2020 — 2021UX Designer
NHS SBS
Worked on the mobile payslip app for NHS employees and an equipment ordering app so nurses and doctors could order on the job instead of logging onto slow legacy systems.

Designer on a sprint team for mobile telematics apps, shipping designs for a white label insurance partners app. Helped kick off a Sketch design system for quicker prototyping and per client branding operations.

Where I learnt my craft, started here with Photoshop and using GDS principles to build pages that were easy to read and simple to navigate so people could self-serve. Started as a Content Designer and moved to UX within a year.
